EAC Advice Line
EAC’s Advice Line provides a well-respected, comprehensive and free advice and information service to older people, their families and advisors covering all aspects of care, support and housing. The service is underpinned by detailed information which EAC has compiled over many years, and is delivered by a team of Advisors with long experience in this field. It is completely impartial and independent of any commercial influence, and is used by around 8,000 people a year.

FirstStop Advice
EAC also works in partnership with 3 other national organisations to provide a single gateway to advice and information across an even broader spectrum through FirstStop Advice. FirstStop is staffed by specialist Advisors from Counsel and Care, Age Concern and Help the Aged, and NHFA Limited – as well as EAC. It can provide specialist help on any aspect of care, support or housing for elderly people, including financial issues as well as your rights and entitlements, and provide in depth casework where required.
