Key Data Report 2007

Our Key Data Report, updated quarterly, quantifies the provision of all forms of sheltered and retirement housing, both for rent and sale.  Housing-with-care provision (extra care, very sheltered, assisted living and close care) is included.

Drawing on EAC's unique database of almost all UK provision, it contains statistics on provision at local authority, county and regional country level for the whole of England.  It includes demographic data, and calculates provision against the older population in each area. 

Figures for care home beds are also included, making the Key Data Report an invaluable source for all organisations involved in planning, commissioning or building accommodation for older people. 

A companion volume of statistical data for extra care housing / housing-with-care is now available, and offered free to all purchasers of the Key Data Report 2007.
