‘Positive Images of Older People’

is a collection of photographs commissioned by EAC.

Other photographers are encouraged to submit their Positive Images to EAC (contact alex.billeter@eac.org.uk)

Positive Images are available to EAC-approved organisations at a nominal charge of £50, for one use only in one single publication or website page) of agreed limited circulation. Half of this fee goes to the photographer.

Conditions of use

• The subjects’ permissions have been given for the use of the photographs as general illustrations on agreed printed materials, leaflets, brochures, etc., and website of EAC and of other organisations approved by EAC.
• The photographs cannot be used for commercial purposes.
• The subjects retain the right to withdraw their permission at any time (without retroactive effect on previously published material).

If a Positive Image is to reach the public at large (campaign, posters, book), a further permission must be obtained by direct negotiation with the photographer.
