EAC’s team of Advisors are available from 9.00am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday, to answer your enquiries. Each has many years experience in housing or social care, access to EAC’s extensive information resources, and knowledge of a wide range of other resources to call on if they are unable to help directly. About the new FirstStop Advice Line
In mid 2008 EAC joined forces with charities Counsel and Care and Help the Aged, and financial advice provider NHFA Limited, to create this brand new service. FirstStop draws on the complementary strengths of its partners to provide a high quality, in depth, independent and free information and advice service covering all aspects of housing, support and care for older people, including affording what you need, securing your entitlements and complaining when necessary.
